Postboxes are not the same around the world. They come in different shapes, sizes and colours, and they some times differ within the same country.

I asked some of my foreign friends if they could share a photo of their countries' postboxes and they were all very kind to help me!

Unusual and odd shaped stamps

There is so much you can learn about a country (culture, history, politics, geography, environment, animals, plants etc), by studying its stamps. 
Stamp collecting is fun and my way to "travel" around the world.

Well, if, a few years ago, someone asked me what a postage stamp is, I would answer : "a small, rectangular piece of paper we use for our   correspondence".

Things have changed lately. Many unusual & odd shaped stamps and sheets, are issued by different countries.
